2002年生まれ、新川莉子によるソロプロジェクト。
あやうげながらも凜としたうたとギター。素朴かつオルタナティブな感性。それらを自室にて録音、制作した清廉なサウンドが唯一無二の存在感を放っている。(独奏)からバンドメンバーとの(合奏)まで、柔軟な形態で演奏活動中。
2020年より宅録にて活動をはじめ、これまでにミニアルバム『由来』・『ほとり』をリリース。
2024年11月、初めてのバンド編成にて、APOLLO SOUNDSより1stフルアルバム『星をつぐ人』をリリース。
2025年7月、FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ‘25 ROOKIE A GO-GO 出演。
2026年5月、制作・録音からミックス、アートワークまでをみずから手がけた完全セルフプロデュースの2ndフルアルバム『はためきのしくみ』をリリース。同月より、ツアーブッキング・制作をを全てひとりで行うDIYなスタイルで、リリースツアー「あこがれのしくみ」を開催。

The solo project of Riko Niikawa, born in 2002.
Her innocent yet poised vocals and guitar, paired with a naive yet alternative sensitivity. These are recorded and produced in her bedroom, creating a pure sound that radiates a completely individual identity. She performs flexibly, from solo performances to ensemble performances with her band members.
Began home recording from 2020, releasing the mini-albums 'Yurai' and 'Hotori' to date.
In November 2024, released her first full-length album 'Hoshi so tsugu hito' via APOLLO SOUNDS with band set named (ensemble).
Performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '25 ROOKIE A GO-GO in July 2025.
In May 2026, she released her second full-length album, ‘The Wonder of Fluttering’ , which she produced entirely on her own, handling everything from production and recording to mixing and artwork. That same month, she embarked on a release tour titled ‘The Wonder of Longing’ , adopting a DIY approach in which she handled all tour booking and production herself.
